I only recommend this one book from azizi ali 'how to become a property millionaire' it does give a very good insight and practical approach on how to buy, manage and sell ur property in malaysia.

other books by him are not informative enough unless u want to read it for reading pleasure.

even the book by renesial leong, does not give a practical approach to real estate investment. only relating experiences on how to handle tenants and basic information about real estate.

other books by so call property guru in the market does not help either. one, some of it applies to property in their country. which is not practical in malaysia due to legal matters. two, property investment is a simple process and azizi ali book mention covers it.

i personally have azizi ali, renesial leong, robert allen and kiyosaki books. thus, this is my comparison between these books and also some books which i just browse thru mph (good place to check out books)

When I posted those download links I alway made sure that they are still "alive". BTW those file are not uploaded by me ... just so happen to find them via Googles. Normally after some time theywill be deleted from the server. Anyway if I am able to find the new download links then I will let you know.
