Hi All,

Any commend on currently actively trade warrants question where by in other country
like Hong Kong already long time exist  coolsmiley

Warrants produce high risk cry and high reward afro

Is that the warrants suitable for every one or just for gamber question

What is the forces that drive the price of the warrant question

Bumping old threads again.
If from TA view, its still all about supply and demand.
If from FA view, then we ll look at things like expiry (Time), Exercise Price + Ratio and compare with Mother Share to see in the money or not.

Call warrant normally attached to higher price mother share. Is a change for small capital ppl invest in higher price share in short term. (Call warrant normally expire in 6 - 9 months time). If you expect it mother share attached going to rise and give net cash after exercise price (in money), you can invest it.

Forces to drive the price in the beginning stage is demand and supply power, when the date closer to expiry date, follow closer to mother share movement.

Risk is higher and change to earn also the same. (some CW cost 5¢ can go up to 20¢, but some can become zero value)

Trade carefully.
