How to find stock faster in MetaStock with Bizfun EOD data??

Hi, please help,

is there a faster way to find chart in Metastock? now i have to:
1. click open,
2. click tools,
3. click find local security,
4. key in the counter symbol,
5. click browse,
6. click local drive(c:),
7. click metastock data folder,
8. click ok,
9. click find now,
10. double click the counter.

ten step to find a counter. too much lah. 

please help.....

Somewhere in this forum, I mention before how to put all in one folder.
Thereafter you only need the shortname

ok, i have re-read that thread, i am able to convert all stock into a new folder.

now got 1 problem, how to update this stock using buzfun daily update download? can the autoupdate do the job or need to update manually? how to do it.

Manual download the zip file.
Extract into one folder.
Use Downloader program to point to that extracted folder
From Source ASCII file to Destination MS File
Destination to be point to the one folder that you created yesterday where all files are converted.

Next time, manual download zip file and extract to that one extraction folder.
Open Downloader and just click OK. Downloader will remember the previous settings (just dont change it)
