hello , good day to all,

my Metastock can be start up , but when the time i would like to open a chart , the message promted out said that "mswin encounter problem and has to shutdown...." , i had tried to reinstall & uninstall my MS9 , and also go the registry area to to delete whatever is related to MS , but i still failed , i hope somebody can help on this ...i have really no idea now , i dunno what should i do now ....pls advice me , thx in advance, here i attached the message for ref.

As long as program is able to run, it is able to read bizfun data. It is just that simple.

i had try but very unfortunately to me , i cant work , i had re-format my pc , now everything on track now...

i still need helps , but i will post it in correct topic.
