scalling options for moving average

Dear members,
i dont know whether some of you have come across this, maybe can help explain. When i try to put the moving average into chart, sometimes the "scalling options for moving average" box will come out (only for mov avg above 52 days, why? i dont know). When i choose "merge with scale on left" or "merge without scale", the mov avg line is completely different. Can anyone explain which one is th correct "scaling" to choose? thanks.
this is a copy of the graph (using mov avg 81)
the mov avg line above is overlay without scale. the one below is merge with scale on left. So which one is correct?

Aiyoh pig99, like that it means maybe i been doing things wrong the whole time, die lah like that. How come must merge on right because if merge on right then the number on both side of the chart is different already. (see graph)
More important, when i go to tradesignum.com and use the chart, the ema81 is so different from the metastock one. (see graph)
So which one is correct? Pls somebody can care to explain further.

I disagree.
Just make sure your scale on the right and left is same. Draw a horizontal line, make sure if left say 1.00, right also 1.00 then correct

hello max,
then is the tradesignum ema81 the correct one? i can duplicate the tradesignum ema81 line if i "merge with scale on left", then the number on left and right of scale also same.

if your price is based on the scale on the right, so u must merge your MA merge with the scale on the right and vise versa.
Better only use 1 scale only.
the 1st chart seems to be wrong.
the 2nd is correct.

gentleman, thanks for your comments. I can only get it "right" when i merge with the scale on left, so it's what i gonna do. My charts both sides also got number, dont tell me different from you all? anyway, if both sides balance, should be ok (i think).
