According to Rich Dad, there are three types of assets:

PAPER ASSETS
This includes stocks, bonds, mutual funds, insurance
They create PORTFOLIO INCOME

REAL ESTATE
This includes residential properties you don't live in and commercial properties
They create PASSIVE INCOME

BUSINESSES
They create PASSIVE INCOME

Hi there,
there is the liquid asset   CASH...money
Many many years ago , long before rich dad, My auntie (very very rich one) told me  "you must not work for money. you can never get rich. You must let your money work for you!"
For many years I am wondering how to get the seed money to work for me. How similar was this when I read Rich Dad and no wonder my Auntie was so rich but sad ending. After she is gone ,in no time all the millions are gone.
