Any TA expert ?
According to bks I read, when adx is below both +dmi & -dmi it is a good time to buy.
However, even though later +dmi > -dmi,and the adx meanders at a low level below 20,the stocks would not fly.
So what is the best time to buy (adx at what level when+dmi > -dmi)
And what & when is the best time to short a stock taking note of these 3 indicators.

I believe a indicator or formula created sure can be apply or used fine by the person who create it, because he know what he
want, he know his market. For others like us to use it, we have to test and try again and again to find out the best
parameters to set so as to suit our need. we cannot just follow blindly
