Haha, good one theng! Anyway, to elaborate, there are many channels in TA. In those channels, there are many variations. All uses different indicators.
theng uses schohastic (I think), but personally, I do not. I use something else.
I use MFI, another member uses CMF.
But in the end, what indicators you use must suit your own trading style.
Btw, dont screw Fundamentals. Cos, in the long run, fundamentals are the one that works.

What do MFI AND CMF stand for? MFI = Money Flow Index CMF = Chaikin Money Flow Check out the following website for detailed definations ... <http://www.incrediblecharts.com/technical/chaikin_money_flow.htm> <http://www.incrediblecharts.com/technical/money_flow_index.htm> However don't be fool by all these indicators' names. All are derived from the same basic parameters, i.e. OPEN, CLOSE, HIGH, LOW & VOLUME.

Spotmth and Nextmth is just what we calling. When trading, let say on date 30-Sep, your order is; buy Oct-06 contract at 954.5 x 1 contract. On date 1-Oct, your order is sell Oct-06 contract at 964.5 x 1 contract. So, you may have profit of 10 points.
Chart wise, you have to understand my chart meaning. Spotmth simply mean this month and Nextmth mean next month. So, when you want to trade Oct-06 contact on 30-Sep, you have to refer to Nextmth EOD chart.
This method of joining spotmth and nextmth as continuous chart is not so perfect as it produce some gap during contract end switching. Users must be awared and understand exactly how to interpreted it.

Also, continuous chart and this format we re now looking at also will distort the indicators (if follow default settings of Metastock). This is because the volume is distorted. Interest in normally on spotmonth

Right, FBR is important, but how can u know that which broker is good, this had been discussed in Composite Index Futures (FKLI) Trading or COMPOSITE and CI FUTURES thread about brokers. The most important thing for a trader should have, is educated himself with good TA knowledge don’t think when u know a type of chart pattern, than u can apply to all the charts, don’t try to force yourself on a chart “to form a pattern”. In TA chart pattern are not that important, “price movement” is more important than any others, As an e.g. let use abuse you chart on MSFT, he force it to form a BAT or what ever, than he predicted this counter might go south, but he miss out the last few days price movement so BILL GATE go north .
