Take out of the previous day high means the previous day high was exceeded. Take-out of the previous day gives the signal to buy because it suggests 3 things: - Potential shift of the supply-demand equation to demand, i.e. traders are prepared to buy at price higher than previous day high. - Potential end of the pullback correction. - Potential start of a new upswing. 0.795 is a good stop-loss level based on the 6.8% rule stop-loss after rounding off based on entry price at 0.855. BTW the swing target is 1.04 based on the previous upswing height. See attached chart. |

swing, stock touch 1.04 in the morning b4 retreat, chinese say "sai kau leh", u chinese ah?
anyway, bro, u say swing target is 1.04 based on the previous upswing height. i trying to see how to use what you say, use metastock and fibonacci retracement but cannot lah, dont know what to do. Can please explain in detail how u get swing target? second , why u use candle on 30/5 instead of 25/5 candle? thanks first.
