I was so disappointed on Thursday 11-1-2007 when I couldn't find your latest EOD of klse from between 7:30pm to 11:30pm. There was no prior hint of notice of the problem you were facing.....( Broadband problem ! ) .I guess it must have been a sudden loss of connectivity without warning. I had such similar problems at least 4 times in the past 1 year (through no fault of mine ). I had to call up TMnet at Cyberjaya via this Tollfree no. 1300-88-9515 to lodge my complaints.It then took them half a day to correct the problems & reconnected my Streamyx again ! Those experience were really frustrating
. Then , we realised how dependent we are on the internet connection....it is something we took for granted to be on permanently without fail.....just failure to connect for 1 hour can test your patience & tolerance level !........why, because our analysis & decision making depend much on the latest data available.
