Mr Lim,
I was so disappointed on Thursday 11-1-2007 when I couldn't find your latest EOD of klse from between 7:30pm to 11:30pm. There was no prior hint of notice of the problem you were facing.....( Broadband problem ! ) .I guess it must have been a sudden loss of connectivity without warning.  I had such similar problems at least 4 times in the past 1 year (through no fault of mine ). I had to call up TMnet at Cyberjaya via this Tollfree no. 1300-88-9515  to lodge my complaints.It then took them half a day to correct the problems & reconnected my Streamyx again !  Those experience were really frustrating   tickedoff. Then , we realised how dependent we are on the internet connection....it is something we took for granted to be on permanently without fail.....just failure to connect for 1 hour can test your patience & tolerance level !........why, because our analysis & decision making depend much on the latest data available.   
I am glad  grin now your posting is back to normal .....must be around midnight on 11-1-2007.

I am mad yesterday. Streamyx down from 7pm until morning. The dial-up (1515) also fail because recently TM upgrades fix phone line with added feature "voice mail" that I not really understand and not being noticed. This function cause dial-up not able to send tone and can't login internet. This is my second backup to access internet but it also failed. So, I totally can't leave message to users. Sorry!

About 11:30pm, I then use internet cafe service to complete the task.

Streamyx is back to normal now, this is great! I normalize my phone line to earlier setting (without voice mail) by help from TMnet personal, shall able to dial 1515 in future in case of broadband breakdown.

My friend line with voice mail and able to dial in to internet, will it be some of your setting is wrong ?
