How RPGT asbolish effected in Malaysia properties mkt?

Hope all can post their comments, coz gorfmen announced this in accompanny with Malaysia the 2nd Home project. How do the property investors & foreigners get the benefits frm it? I heard frm my friend said the FIC asbolished last year but Pg still hv a bit control over it. How do the procedures if the foreigners have the interests of owning the property? Great to hear frm yours.
