As mentioned before, I ve been to many forums but I thought this is the best, with the highest concentration of TA masters.

Mr Theng, a master chartist, who generously tipped me into the right learning process and guided me to get more feel of the market by drawing charts by hand.
Mr Csong, the trend expert, who also generously shared with me the Stage Analysis theories and applications which comes along with many many ebooks
Swingtrader, the master swing trader (self explanatory, isn't it
), whose posts has deepened my understanding in patterns and swing trading targets.
Oneman, the FKLI seasoned trader, whose posts hinted many wisdom on how to trade this jungle.
Asiatrader, who doesn't post much these days, but his previous posts marked many points on how to trade.
Teepo, who also doesn't post much these days, but his previous posts marked how to test and build a good trading system.
Brucekid, who doesn't post anymore when I reach here, but his posts enabled me to view the Elliott Wave Theory in a new light. Although I no longer use EW, it definitely formed a base to further enable me to grow as a trader and as an analyst.
