I definitely support the services provided by CTOS, it can help the country to build a more healthy business environment and also reduce the risk of bad debts for the finance organizations.
Unfortunately it has been involved in some politic issues which caused the banned by the 'super idiot golfmen'... tickedoff

CTOS has running their business for years, the services were widely used by local bank, international bank, private sector, etc... But WHY today only said they have no license??? Bank Negara should know the existence about CTOS, and i dare to say that the data from CTOS are more updated than Bank Negara, thats the reason why all the bank would like to used their services as one of the indicator for the loan approval.

Today we get to know and proven that most of the minister in this country are lack of knowledges or maybe they treat the ppl in this country as idiot angry
A minister advised CTOS to keep their data updated; another one even ordered CTOS to delete off the data for those who have been clear off their debts from the blacklist... omg... they dun even know the operation in CTOS... sad

For a very simple example: the criminal left the jail after staying there for few years DOESN'T MEAN that they never did any crime in their life after released, right?
Same thing, once a person has been blacklisted as bad debtor/bankruptcy, no matter how fast he/she settled the debt, but the record SHOULD NOT be deleted, and should keep it for future reference!

Finally i would like to say "POLITIC ABLE TO DESTROY A COUNTRY WITHOUT SIGNAL"

What are your comments about this incident?

As promised, here are my predictions, hehe... dun laugh oh... grin

Why market will burst after the CTOS incident? (assuming CTOS has been terminated)

CTOS has been operated in Malaysia for years, trusted by the money lenders, but why today only bring out the issue and wanted to stop their services?

Story begin......

As we all knows that the bull is still running in the market, all the good news are queuing to be announced, also the election is near the corner, 'someone' responsible to boost up the market for the election fund as expected, nobody would like to miss the boat especially those 'insiders' who knows how the market is going to be run.
So... ofcos their 'members' will trying to collect more stocks from the market to wait for the big bull but they lack of fund... the only way is apply loan from money lenders, unfortunately most of the applications have been rejected after the evaluation process done by the money lenders based on the records from CTOS.
What else they can do? no money to buy? So they will point the arrow to CTOS for sure, by kicking CTOS away only they will be able to get the loan approved.

During the process of the loan approval, the market will start sliding down until the acceptable level which does not panic other investors, and that is the time for the little 'members' to collect the stocks in cheaper price (ofcos those 'big biji' fellows already collected dunno how many century ago, they just let their 'staffs' to make extra money otherwise they may betray grin ). Then the so called 'analysts' will start to comfort us not to worry abt the market, and the 'market professors'(duck / shit) will also show their confident to public and predict how many thousand point the index will go.
After that the general election day will be announced, and follow by lot of wonderful news in the market to call out the superbull to run the last show, but nobody knows how strengthful of the so called 'superbull' grin So for those who has collected earlier in cheaper price, they might be safer than those who chasing behind the bull. When the bull turn back, u will need to prepare the coffin grin

We can also see that Mr.K so daring to giving such talk and no worry for getting any trouble... it proved that someone very 'big' is supporting behind, otherwise as we all knows that what is the position of Mr.K right now in his 'family', i'm sure he will not make himself into any other trouble.

Story ended... 2funny

Add a little more.

And because these people werent supposed to get the loan in the first place... I no eye see. When they re done with the superbull, the correction will be swift and severe. Banks will force sell the "securities mortgaged"

when next recession come, it will be very severe....cash is king. You can buy things cheap.

remember :
Transmile case (in Malaysia)
Enron case (in USA)

reason: the financial statement are falsified.
if CTOS is unreliable, can gov guarantee that Bank Negara CCRIS is reliable?
