Very disappointed that finally CTOS has been charged...  I totally can't accept the so called 85 charges under the Companies Act 1965 against CTOS. If want to make it strict, i believed almost 90% of companies in Malaysia will being charged under that Act, we need to build another 100 high courts to settle all cases Also, the "bankcruptcy and debtors' idol" -- Mr.K said 1,200 e-mail complaints on CTOS had been sent to the National Insolvency Department since an online portal was set up last week. I been visited the website last few days, u know what portal is that? Is a trap man! U will first c ur IP address on the top of the page, follow by few columns below which are Name, I/C Number, ur complaints... etc. Try to imagine, who else dare to against the 'golfmen' by fill up such a stupid idiot form??? I believed that even we write something which is supporting CTOS, but they will still take it as a complaint so there is no point to visit that idiot website again. One more... "Banks must now obtain a borrower’s permission before they can acquire information on the person’s financial history from companies which supply credit information" OMG... WTF this country is doing? It seems debtors are king and the banks are beggars... 'Golfmen' definitely is spoiling the finance institutions... at the end the person who benefited will be the SPOILSMAN  Politic spoilt a great future country... sigh...  |

What to do... Malaysia is running DICTATORSHIP RULES  If 'golfmen' dun like u, no matter u r right or wrong, u will be charged also with the idiot reasons. Well, i think... since Mr.K has lost everything in BN, so he forced to be the spokesman in CTOS case. If successful, he can come back for the next election or maybe can get few more seats for his party... if lost, he has to responsible for everything and leave from the politic stage. If u were Mr.K in such situation, ofcos will accept the offer right? So is very clear that, those ppl who sitting higher than Mr.K is the one who planned for this incident. |
