 An inclination to support, I understand the sentiments of users' reaction concerning to their PC performance. Obviously, when talk about common PC issues, inexperienced users are always frustrated and respond that their system is not stable, internet browsing is slow, a lot of pop-ups when going online or just can’t run too many programs at the same time.

Without known, my programs will communicate to an internet publisher server and that is what I don’t like it to be happening.
At beginning, you have to “allow” or “deny” programs from accessing internet. You shall let IE or Firefox access internet to keep browsing. If programs act as server, I normally tick on “allow”. You can always change the application monitoring later. I found it much better then Spygate.
Cleaner : CCleaner (Download)
It is a freeware system optimization and privacy tool. It removes unused files from your system allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans trace of your online activity such as your Internet history.
Disk Defragmenter : AusLogics Disk Defrag (Download)
So far, the fastest defragmentation program I ever used. The defragmentation finished in 7 minutes on my 20G hard disk laptop. It gives me a summary report after the task. Thump up for this free programs that easily outperform Windows disk defragmenter. You need at least 15% of free hard disk space to defrag.
I considered the above listed softwares as essential tools of healthy personal computer maintenance. You may had used others great programs, fill up the gap if you had lack any categories of security uncovered.
